Eelings -Sterling silver baby longfin eel on handmade sterling silver hooks. These beautiful tuna earrings were hand crafted and carved from wax then cast to silver and bronze.
I've long had an affinity with these majestic creatures of Aotearoa and love how their form can translate to jewellery. From a distance these elver inspired earrings look like subtle hoops. Only the wearer and those looking up close will see the intricacies of these little eels.
Drop (from top of hook to bottom of eel) approx 3.7cm.
The silver Eel has sterling silver hooks. Bronze Eel has coated copper hooks - sensitive ear approved (as tested by my friends!)
