Free pick up and delivery is an option available to Wānaka locals.

Postage is free within New Zealand for all purchase made over $100

Postage is free to Australia for all purchase made over NZD$250

POSTAGE

I aim to pack and send your order the same day, when this is not possible it will be sent the following working day.

Your package will be delivered to you via Go Sweet Spot. I almost always use NZ Post's Courier Service which aims to deliver the next day within New Zealand.

Upon pick up from my end you should receive an email with tracking details, if you do not, please let me know.

If you require signature upon delivery please let me know.

Delivery to Australia generally takes 5-7 working days.

I currently do not charge extra for rural delivery within New Zealand.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to all other countries is upon request. Please contact me so I can quote for this.

All risk and responsibility of the package lies with Fruit Bowl Studio until it is delivered to your address. In the unlikely event a package goes missing or arrives to you damaged, I will conduct all investigation and ensure that your order is either replaced (if possible) or you are refunded.

If you are unhappy with your Fruit Bowl purchase or sizing is incorrect, I'm more than happy to work with you on this! Returns, refunds and remakes can happen. Please contact me so we can arrange a suitable outcome.

REPAIRS

If you've lost a gem, please let me know! I will replace and repair rings with missing gems free of charge, you just need to send it to me. 

Earring and necklace repairs are upon request and depend on the nature of the repair as to whether is is possible to fix or replace.
