Ear Wall Art Sculptures

In 2023 I made 28 Ears! The listed Ears are what remain from this collection. I really love sculpting body parts and ears are particularly interesting in their unique shape and forms. I did a lot of googling of “weird ears” “ears” “big lobes” etc and took screenshots from which I worked to create them. There’s just one ear in the mix who belongs to someone I actually know 🙃 All of the Ears have been painted with acrylic paint and sealed, some are bejewelled using up the lonely earrings who's other half broke or didn't work out. I love the versatility of wall art sculptures, especially when they’re ear sized, you could sneak these all around the house.

Each Ear is life size and approx 60mm x 40mm. They are sculpted from air dry clay and have a hole in the back so they can be wall hung.
